love makes time disappear, and time makes love disappear
this stupid phrase is all i ever hear
the voices in my head keep screaming it at me
i tell them they are wrong, this love will last
but in honest truth even i can see
that eternal love is a thing of the past
or rather a thing of legend, of myth
they tell me i'll be hurt again, but i love him
but, for forever, he is who i want to be with
i will promise him, whether i lose life or limb
and even if he breaks my heart, i don't think i'll care
because time making love disappear just isn't fair

I like this one a lot; It has some good rhymes, and an interesting rhyming scheme, but as with the other love poem(s) you've done it's strength is in it's emotive quality.
I'm not sure why you always put them under "concrete poetry", however, as these really are free-form.
